For each asset, in Tesis Asset Manager, a complete history of the changes made is available, including a document archive to associate any type of file with the card of the respective plant or device.

Tesis Asset Manager, through analytical search functions on each attribute of each asset card, and thanks to the possibility of defining parameters and views for customised access to data, allows the classification and independent creation of asset display lists.

Each asset on the customer’s premises can be precisely recognised and identified by its serial number. In case of missing or difficulty in tracing the serial number, identification will be provided automatically by Tesis Asset Manager. Thereby, the asset can be tagged with an identifier, which may be a barcode, QR-code or NFC. These IDs can be recognised by Tesis Mobile App during assistance in the on-site or in the lab, ensuring traceability over time of the asset and its maintenance life.
