How it works

TESIS Mobile is an Android application that was developed for use on smartphones and tablets In order to use TESIS Mobile, a technical resource simply needs to download the TESIS app from the store, install and launch it on their device. Logged in with one’s own login credentials, the system will only display information, functionalities and service requests, relevant to the logged in user’s role and assignment.

Ticket intake and allocation

The technician will be able, with a few simple taps, to see the new requests that have been assigned to him/her, analyse their contents and descriptions useful for their management, and indicate the intake.

The operations performed through TESIS Mobile will have the same behaviour as the TESIS Service Desk features used by the browser, including alarms, emails, time calculations, etc. If the resource’s role provides for it, it will also be possible to indicate the assignment of the task(s) to be performed to team colleagues.

Recording progress and tempo marking

In addition to the intake and assignment, each staff member will be able to record their work in the intervention, indicating their progress and the time allocated to the activity.

Furthermore, particularly for resources that frequently work outside the office, a helpful feature is also available to indicate the marking of working time: entry, exit, lunch break. With this feature, all technicians know whether or not their colleague is available for assignment.
